    Pick a time

    Choose any open 15-minute slot on the calendar — usually within the next week.

  2. 02

    We talk

    I'll call you at the time you booked. We'll spend the call on you, not on logistics.

  3. 03

    Decide

    If we feel like a fit, we'll book your first full session. If not, no awkwardness — I'll point you to someone who might be.

A few practical notes
  • I currently see clients ages 18 and up.
  • All sessions are weekly. I don't offer crisis or emergency services.
