Choose any open 15-minute slot on the calendar — usually within the next week.

We talk
I'll call you at the time you booked. We'll spend the call on you, not on logistics.

Decide
If we feel like a fit, we'll book your first full session. If not, no awkwardness — I'll point you to someone who might be.
A few practical notes
- I currently see clients ages 18 and up.
- All sessions are weekly. I don't offer crisis or emergency services.
